Sun/beach-lovers will enjoy the convenient stroll through a tiny sliver of IN Dunes Nat'l Park--well-established dune trails--wild grass, cherry bushes, cottonwoods, black oak trees--to get to the best "semi-private" beach in IN, which is one full mile from the public beaches.
Beach is pure sugar sand--no rocks, no muck, no algae, no erosion, no undertows, no rip tides/currents; sand-bar (knee high) out 150'--as safe and as fun as it gets for our little ones!
